Because of security concerns and the movement of forces in the area, Section 144 has been in effect for one day in the Birmal tehsil in South Waziristan Lower.
The Home Department’s statement states that the limitation would be in place on Monday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. During this time, mobility of any kind will be forbidden.
