Popular Pakistani TikToker Mr. Patlu has reportedly been arrested at Dubai Airport while he was traveling to Qatar. Social media went wild with rumors, and fellow content creator Rajab Butt has now confirmed the news in a video message.
According to Rajab, Mr. Patlu was invited to visit Qatar for the weekend. At first, he refused, but later agreed and got his ticket. However, before he could board his flight, he was taken into custody at Dubai Airport.
Rajab said there was an FIR (police case) filed against Mr. Patlu related to TikTok content, but details of the case are still unclear. He mentioned that on Sunday, Mr. Patlu didn’t arrive in Qatar, and when they checked, they found out he was arrested.
Mr. Patlu was supposed to receive VIP protocol in Qatar, but due to his arrest, he couldn’t make it. Rajab also urged fans not to make offensive content targeting others, as it can lead to legal trouble. He hopes Mr. Patlu may be released soon.
